well done sam , im totally jealous again i cood only manage to cut down for two weeks then on and off , till i gave up and started smoking again, i shudder to think how much money i cood save if i stopped completely

i went to a group mike through my gps , and got a nicotine replacement i had patches start off on 21mgs and go down i dont think i would of managed without and the support of group helped i had a carbon mnoxide breath test when i first went which was 22 and its now 1.

That's excellent, how do you feel? any cravings still???
I had cravings for ages and ages.......I would still call myself an 'ex' smoker, rather than a 'non' smoker cos I need to keep myself in check.
