THere was a exerise bike in a charity shop for 12.00 which is cheap so i put a deposit down on it js going to come with me on sat to make sure its ok and take it home hopefully

i think theres one at asdas now thats 35.00 that folds away, i think thou, coz i was going to save up for that.

That's great Sam! we've been through the exercise bike and treadmill thing, but I need more stimulus than that, so it never worked for me, but some people love exercising that way and you've done so well so far.............
