i have one and its fantastic! when i first got it i felt like i was dying but now its a hell of a lot easier and its definitely started to take away the wobbly bits i have.x

id love one but one, im scared id break it cos of my weight!
 and being in a second floor flat i think it would drive the people below us bonkers!!!! i get scared on big trampolines. dont like em at all. eeks. all that being in the air doesnt feel right  grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change the courage to change the things i can and the wisdom to know the difference.....  |

with the little ones u don't bounce high at all. i bounce in my room upstairs but my mum keeps saying it sounds like i'm gonna come through the ceiling which is a bit harsh. they have quite a high max weight hon, i'm sure u could use one, i can.xx

that sounds cool
my last memory of trampolines is when i was small i was bouncing on mine in the back garden and it was one of those ones where there is a hndle to hold onto and i went flying over the top of it like a somersault type thing. also for a while i went to trampoline lessons and that was fun cos when u come off it feels like ur still bouncing [well it did for me lol] and apparently something like 10 mins on there is equvalent to 30-60 mins in the gym [or summink like that im sure some1 will correct me cos that dont sound rite lol]  |

I found a website that sells them
they had two (a cheap one and an expensive one) I would have to buy the expensive opne coz I am too heavy for the cheap one  Jay |

I managed to get one for free!!! (I think I have talked a few times about "freecycle")

I got a mini trampoline and a big one in the garden. ( had many an accident on the big one lol ) Really good exercise, prefer the big one to the lil one.
