Being 5ft2, it doesnt suit me being so wide lol. Thought id share it with you all, dont be shocked at how much i weigh, i got the genetic short straw from obese forebearers. But im going to get rid of a lot of it, if it takes me 10 years, im determined. Now if i could just stop stuffing my face lol. tc all xxx

That's a super weight loss for you indeed, I'm sure you notice a big difference health wise. I need to watch my fat intake cuz my gall bladder was removed over 2 years ago. Wishing you continued success with it and watching what you eat, it's very difficult to do when stressed out or anxious. As soon as you trust yourself you will know how to live. Who bravely dares must sometimes risk a fall.. Even a clock that is not going is right twice a day..

Part of the furniture Posts: 1457 Sat, 20 Oct, 2007 2:39 PM Insane&Proud	just so people know you have to drastically change your diet, the drug works by making th ebody unable to absorb fat but the baody then has to do something with it so it makes you go to the loo and it is not pleasant so you have to make sure you eat an incredibly low fat diet - so the drug does two things - makes you unable to absorb any fat you do eat but also psychologically makes you not want to eat something fatty HTH Jay

Part of the furniture Posts: 2751 Sat, 20 Oct, 2007 5:25 PM Rabbit Woman	I was on xenical years ago, I lost 6 stone in 3 months, I was forever on the toilet and had to carry extra underwear with me. weigh 14 stone at the moment have been on accolade tablets they are meant to stop you feeling hungrey but I am hungrey all the time. Might see my doc about going back on xenical but will be doing it the right way this time. Well done dee on losing weight. MAD_SHARON AKA RAVEN xxx
