ok, im on a new diet, only the last 2 days, but i went shopping yesterday, got all healthy foods (mostly vegs) brought 3 vegies ive never cooked b4, and a
fruit ive never heard of, im doing so well on getting over the veg thing i had... i duno if yu rememebr about a year ago i started on the salad.. and since
then i proved to myself i can do it and its got easier and easier, now im trying more food i relise now i had, like, a food phobia. i let jsut about every
thing about veg freak me out, the texture, the smell, the color... and with in my mind i hate them the taste.. but ive never really been anxiety free about
trying things till now, and now im kind of over it, i can try things even if i dont like them with an open mind. its strange but fab, i believe in a year ill
be eating anything i like.. its amazing. the fruit i trued was a sharon fruit, it was ok, very sweet for a fruit. ive brought peas, a carrot and a couple
mushrooms and im going to try cooking them and eating them. im so on a roll
my favourite food atm is tomato!! can you believe that!! last time i ate a veg,
ever in my life i have memory of, was when i was under 10 when dad used to force us to eat them.. and even then i dont think he managed to get any more than a
whole plate full of peas and corrots in me my whole life. veg is all new and not scary. so strange!!
any way, cheese, i brought cheese becasue i love it, and... well it was one of those packs with 5 different ones mmmm, i have a certain amount of cals i can have a day, and im keeping the cheese i eat so im within my amout of cals, i wont go over... any way, is it really bad to have cheese on a diet? ive cut out all white food, potatos, rice, bread anything.. the lightest thing im eating is the cheese i suppose, is that bad?
