Its slow going and she has improved, but they are keeping her in for about another week until everything is stable. She sat out in a chair today for the first time.

I kinda sold my Giant mans bike today!

I had a text asking if I'd swap it for a mountain bike and £40,
so I said yup.

Young guy cycled down on his, and we got the bike out of the cellar and into the back of the van
so he didn't have to cycle home.
