I am a bit nervous as it has been quite a while since I have been on a forum of this type. I am a bit nervous of being judged, though I was told you all are very nice people and understanding.

To give you some background, I am from the US and am 22 years of age. I am a multiple trauma survivor that started at the age of 2 and was daily up to 4 months ago.

Its slow going and she has improved, but they are keeping her in for about another week until everything is stable. She sat out in a chair today for the first time.

It's soooooooooooo long since I've been here and I'm feeling at a really low ebb so I knew my friends at MHUK would be able to help.

I've been on Lithium for 10 years for bipolar depression. I've had lots of severe acne flare ups and rarely go a day without spots on my face. I never had a spot before I started taking Lithium but it's a known side effect.
